Strengthening International Cooperation: French ILEPS Delegation Visits the Faculty of Kinesiology
On September 30, 2025, the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Split hosted an official visit from the French delegation of ILEPS (Institut libre d’éducation physique supérieur, Cergy, France). The visit was organized to strengthen and expand the ongoing collaboration between the two institutions, particularly within the framework of the Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP), where ILEPS and the Faculty of Kinesiology have already established a successful partnership.
The program began at 10:00 AM at the International Relations Office, where the guests were welcomed by Faculty representatives who provided an overview of the institution’s activities:
- Prof. Šime Veršić, PhD, Vice-Dean for Education and Student Affairs,
- Prof. Ana Penjak, PhD, Vice-Dean for International Cooperation,
- Prof. Marijana Geets-Kesić, MD, PhD.
During the visit, the focus was placed on deepening cooperation in international projects, specifically within the BIP framework. Discussions also highlighted new opportunities for future joint initiatives, including student and staff mobility, the exchange of teaching practices, and the development of collaborative research activities.
