Since the establishment of the kinesiology program until the 1990s, there was limited publishing activity by the Faculty staff, primarily consisting of scripts and manuals for internal use. The initial period was marked by significant collaboration with numerous regional institutions, with visiting professors providing literature from their own institutions.
The independent publishing activity began in the late 1980s and early 1990s, leading to the publication of around forty books and university textbooks by the Faculty staff. Notable pioneers in this field are Professors Zdenko Kosinac and Igor Tocigl. Over the last decade, there has been a notable increase in scientific and publishing production, particularly in sports kinesiology and systematic kinesiology, with literature now available for almost all courses taught at the Faculty.
